PaudurHill (Khare) Raptor Migration Update 23 Oct – Day 38

The weather was clear before noon and cumulous cloud build up over the Himalayas after 12:00 that was sufficient to propel the birds towards south. Therefore most of the birds were towards south in the afternoon. Today’s dominant species were Steppe Eagles followed by Oriental Honey Buzzard. The first Cinereous Vulture was seen in the watch site. Today we also get another flock of lesser kestrel.
